To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please read the following guidelines carefully. 📩 **Pre-Arrival Requirements** • After confirming your booking, please send at least **one (1) valid government-issued ID** from the main guest. • Kindly also provide the complete list of all staying guests (full names) for building administration approval. • Please send both the ID and guest list to **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])** for processing and access endorsement with the building admin. • These are required to secure your unit access pass and ensure smooth entry approval. • Please share your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. • Your WiFi details and unit passcode will be provided after successful booking confirmation and once requirements are submitted, and will be sent 24–48 hours before check-in. 💳 **Security Deposit** • A **₱2,500 security deposit** is required prior to check-in. • This will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and no damages, losses, or violations. 🕑 **Check-In & Check-Out** • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Self check-in using your passcode • Check-out: 11:00 AM | Late check-out subject to availability—please inform your host • Address: Bloom Residences Tower B • Grab Pin: Bloom Residences Tower B 📜 **Policies & During Your Stay** • Maximum Guests: 4 pax • No Smoking: For comfort and safety, please refrain from smoking inside the unit or common areas. Violations incur a ₱2,000 penalty for smoke removal and linen cleaning. • No Pets Allowed • Bedroom: 2 beds, premium linens, fresh beddings, towels, and mats provided • Bathroom: Hot/cold shower, toiletries provided • Kitchen: Cooking is not allowed to prevent accidental smoke alarm triggers • Respect & Hygiene: Keep the space tidy; the cleaning team will handle post-checkout cleaning • Waste Disposal: Please use the garbage room near the elevators • Fabric Stains: A ₱2,500 penalty applies per sheet or linen for any stains or damage • Damages: Any damages to the property or contents will incur a repair/replacement charge • Balcony Guidelines: No hanging clothes on the balcony (per SMDC rules) • Reminder: Your comfort and a pleasant stay are our top priorities — following these guidelines ensures a hassle-free experience 🏊 **Pool Access** • Hours: 6 AM – 10 PM | Fees: ₱150/day (regular), ₱300/day (holidays) • How to Access: Reserve in advance or purchase at Admin office • Guidelines: Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool; bring a change of clothes; bathroom available at the amenity area ✅ **Check-Out Checklist** • Check out by 11:00 AM • Dispose of trash in designated bins • Turn off all lights and appliances • Lock doors and windows • Do a final walk-through to ensure you haven’t left personal items behind
