Our story
That Philippines Life started as a YouTube channel documenting life as a Canadian expat who has been travelling across the country with an interest in filming homes, condos and properties for his audience. It grew into TPLRentals — one of the Philippines’ most active rental listing platforms — and now TPLBuy, bringing the same free, no-commission approach to property sales.
We built what we wished existed when we arrived in the Philippines: a clean, honest, and expat-friendly way to find, list, and buy property — without the Facebook group chaos.
