2 bedroom New built house in Alta resort, palauig Zambales

I would like to share my house i just finished building made from shipping containers, yes actual shipping containers not the cheap prefab from China. Here are some key points about this house: Its properly insulated using fiberglass and styro insulation, and concrete wall board instead of drywall was used for best insulation to keep it cool at all times. The containers are coated with waterproof epoxy to prevent from corrosion and rust, after all, these containers are made to be out in the ocean under salty water conditions. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. It was a full kitchen and dining area as well a living room space. Glass windows and sliding doors throughout. The lot size is 300 sqm, and the living space is approximately 100 sqm. The house has a deepwell water system with filtration as well as under the country 6 filter system for drinking water. The house has 3 split aircon units that will cool the house with no problem. Unfortunately, I will have to sell the house due to a new business venture I got into that will be operating in Manila, and I need to be close to the city the next year. I'm truly sad to sell this house as it was my very first project here in the Phillipines, this is located in Palauig, Zambales at Alta Beach .. a 5 minute walk to the beach.
